Batgirl VS Lady Shiva – Round 1 (+Bonus clip) [Hall of Fame]

by

I feel ashamed that I haven’t posted about this one before.

For me, it’s absolutely “Hall of Fame” material, most of you know this one already I guess (if not……something went wrong 😉 ).

So let’s enjoy!

Batgirl confronts Lady Shiva, which (of course) ends in a fight!

Here is the video:

–

Wow… just an awesome scene!

Two masked women fighting each other in such costumes… in such masks…. I LOVE it!

You can read more about my thoughts on the costumes in my other post when Lady Shiva has her revenge on Batgirl (in the Hall of Fame post, link below).

The fighting itself is ok, I’m pretty sure you could easily come up with a better fight choreo… but that’s just peanuts for me here.

The unmasking here is quite bizarre. I mean Lady Shiva’s cowl gets damaged by that from the explosion? But she is totally fine and just knocked out? 😆

On the other hand, I love her crippled mask…. looks good 🙂

If you check out the segment frame by frame where Batgirl gets blasted through the air… you can actually see that her cowl just falls off.

Barely seeable at normal speed, but another demonstration of how risky it is to wear such a mask without a chin strap or other safety measures.

In addition, I have another clip!

Barbara puts on her mask!

Here is the video:

Great scene! 🙂

In my fantasy, she gets turned on as she finally puts on that rubber cowl after all this time! 😉

I bet she really misses her time out at night in that costume… for several reasons.

Masks off! #26 – Batgirl and her….. copycat!

So, christmas break is over….I have something for you. In this issue, Batgirl has a copycat, that wants to be THE Batgirl.

Both are very curious who’s under the others mask…. 😉

–

I have 9 pages for you…check out who will win the unmasking fight…

–

Even I don’t like the new Batgirl design, this issue was good, great “mask talk” and more….

🙂

Masks off! #25 – Spider-girl and a villain who actually wants to UNMASK her!

by

And that’s a rare thing if you think of all the female masked superheroines. There are only very few bad guys who wanna unmask the heroine…

In this episode of “Masks off!” it’s Spider-girl who is in danger of getting unmasked!

–

And here are the smashing 13 pages (the 2 fight scenes with Spider-girl):

And thanks to “Ben” who pointed me to this scene I hadn’t published yet.

All in all a very good comic, even if the key scene was too short 😉

Black Scorpion gassed…..and unmasked? (and a HOT bonus scene)

by

A classic scene from the Black Scorpion franchise….Black Scoprion is trapped as gas fills her little death trap. She can escape but blacks out…. her cop partner finds her (and he doesn’t know who Black Scorpion is) and is now reaching for her MASK!!!

And here is the sexy video:

And if that scene wouldn’t be enough, I have a very hot extra scene for you!

Earlier in the same movie our Detective enters his apartment, and Black Scorpion is already waiting for him….

….I guess some folks might find that a great fantasy 😉

My opinion on it?

Well, the unmasking itself could use more “details”, but the consequences of her unmasking are just great….

Won’t tell too much here…

All in all one of the best unmaskings I have seen in a comic!

🙂
