Masked female vigilantes vs bad guys (and the police) – [great martial arts] – Video 2

Ok, I’ve known about this one for ages. I even have a version with English subtitles, but the guy who made those doesn’t want folks to repost his work, which is ok for me.

So, here is a version without subtitles (and 2 fewer logos).  In these scenes, there is a bit of dialogue, though…
Here, the title isn’t fully correct, as she is fighting her love, who works for the police…

Damn! I love such a fight with that constellation!

He is intrigued by the masked women. She loved him before her “death” and is basically still in love with him.

But she can’t let him know that she is still alive and under that mask.

The tension is awesome for me! She looks great in that catsuit and mask, and the martial arts are again really cool 🙂

One false move by her, one good attack, and he could yank off her mask! And they are so close together while they fight….

Again, some sounds are too loud for me, but that’s fitting to the style of the show.

Great that they both get backup and they have this standoff. The police are unsure about these masked vigilantes; they start to understand that they aren’t really the bad guys…

Of course the masked vigilantes are still the enemy in some way, and they naturally don’t wanna be arrested…

I think that is one of the best fight scenes with a masked woman vs a guy that have been done so far!

Why “vigilantes” when there is only one in this video… well, there will be 3 more in that show 😉

Yeah, the sound design here isn’t great, some fight noises are too loud, and some double takes are a bit weird…. for me.

But… some of these martial arts scenes are pretty damn spectacular!

It’s a TV show from Thailand that didn’t have a big budget… to western standards.

But they surely know how to create some great fight scenes! 🙂

The lady in the catsuit and mask is the boss of the team, which has 3 more(!) women in such outfits.

The mask type here is used only very early on and gets replaced by a similar but better design.

The show is plagued by massive soap opera elements…

The good guy here is a detective, while she is his lost love who died and then later got revived by a crazy science guy … yeah, no kidding.

Her persona has changed, and the new self doesn’t want him to know that she is still around.

But the action in the show is (mostly) great…. and you have 4 masked women in such catsuits in plenty of fight scenes!

The fight here with the villainess is spectacular, and there are some close calls where the villainess was pretty close to unmasking her… (if she had the plan to do that)

(The villainess survives and runs away to fight another day)

I also like how the guy pins her down while his hand was already on the fabric of her mask… at least the lower part that covered her throat.

A good peril scene for sure.

A masked villainess VS Batman [RocketWOman]

Now season 2 premiered just two days ago, and in episode 2… we already have a masked woman!

Ok, her suit and mask are a bit…. clunky, but the overall look is kind of cool, and the mask works well in disguising her.

I love that her mask gets damaged like that and thereby Batman finds out who she is.

A rather rare treat that her secret identity gets revealed by an actual unmasking… and not a self-unmasking.

Also great that he unmasks her once she is pinned down.

Does she try to unmask him in that mini scene (picture 3)? Perhaps it’s just her hand on his face during a struggle… but it could be… after all Batman found out who she it.

Maybe she wants to return the favor? At least in my imagination 😉

Her “phantom of the opera” part of the face does get revealed earlier… between these 2 scenes, but I wanted you to discover that by the unmasking 😉

Yeah, that half of the face isn’t exactly attractive… but in the story it fits her tragic story where she already was a brilliant scientist and then former colleagues wanted to get rid of her.

The whole show is quite a bit darker and more violent than the old animated TV show.

Looking forward to the other episodes of season 2, need to see them in the next few days.
