I enjoyed watching the show quite a lot, even though it did frustrate me a LOT as well… from the “mask” perspective.
These scenes already hint at certain problems of the show.
She appears in her mask, runs away from cops… great suspense, great setting… and she looks hot in her catsuit and mask.
Ok, I get that she unmasks while she is climbing, her face is hidden, more or less.
But then she escapes from the tower and runs around in the city, she NEVER puts on her mask back on again!?!! WHY?!?!?!
That makes no sense at all! But I guess it was the old “we can’t hide the face of our beautiful actress behind a mask for too long” trope. Damn producers!
So, she may go around without her mask, even though the danger of anyone seeing her (or her getting caught by a camera) is insanely high!
The villainess sees her face, and some civilians may have gotten a pretty good look at her as well.
But let’s ignore logic and rather present her pretty face without a mask 🙁
Damn, I cursed at my TV when I saw it 😆
Still, it is a great chase on the tower, I love the suspension of a masked woman like her being chased. A great thrill!
And that detective is actually in love with the woman behind the mask… which makes it even better 🙂
There are no secret identity aspects in that video, no unmasking or such things.
But if you like masked women in rubber wetsuits who wrestle underwater…. then you will enjoy the video 😉

Well, that’s a really nice setting for sure! You don’t see many scenes with masked women on ships 😉
The setting is quite dangerous for a burglar as she (normally) can’t escape the ship soon afterward, so she must be sure not to be seen or followed.
The lighting in the cabin is very dark and it’s hard to get a good look at her until the final reveal, but well… that makes a lot of sense.
Damn, I would have loved a chase with some passengers or crew members trying to catch her, trying to unmask her. But no luck…
But the scene here is very nice. It’s right at the beginning of the episode and no one in the audience can possibly know who is hiding under that mask.
The reveal is done nicely, I like how she unmasks herself and is watching her new necklace in the mirror.
Sadly, she doesn’t appear again in her mask again in the episode 🙁
My free time is very limited right now as I am in World Cup fever and preparing for the Video shot (next week) for my other blog Frogwoman Org.
But at least I wanna recommended a movie to you today that you can find on Youtube.
The picture quality isn’t good, but it’s a TV movie that never got released on DVD/Bluray.
I hope it gets aired in HD on TV someday.

She looks really great in her full-face mask. And the opening is really strong as she gets caught but can escape the trap.
I also really like the relationship between the hero and her. Of course, I would have LOVED it when he finds out who the masked thief is by unmasking her in a fight.
The scene where she seemingly escapes him as she leaves the trunk starts nice… but I hate that she immediately unmasks herself and not pulls it back on as she hears his voice.
Quite erotic that they then have sex as he finally caught the thief.
All in all some really nice scenes that I will present one by one… IF… there will be a better picture quality available.
This one is quite a rollercoaster but see for yourself…

Ok, first of all, the picture quality is quite bad. The movie is not that old (2012), but I still haven’t found a better source than this.
There is a Polish DVD of this flick, even with English subtitles, but it’s quite rare and not so cheap.
Hopefully, I will upgrade this post in the future.
I only have a video in the Polish language without subtitles, so I don’t know why exactly the two masked intruders are there.
Also, it’s a shame it’s a comedy… which ruins the tension here and there. Like the music does when the first woman opens her leather jacket.
However an awesome dream!
But now to the good aspects! There are quite a few 🙂
There are 3(!) mask-related actions in about 4 minutes… quite an accomplishment! And 2 different hot women.
First, she gets unmasked by him! A little quick.. but I like that he immediately goes for her mask after he took control of her arms.
Then we get to see the other woman and how she masks herself and then unmasks herself back in the van.
Also, she looks really great in that leather jacket and the mask!
Damn, what I would give to find an intruder like this one day….
It’s a nice touch that he first dreams of one woman and then another one shows up in another great outfit… sadly this one then quickly runs off after she got hit randomly by the clowny guy.
Would have been interesting if he would have gotten for her mask here as well 😉
In this movie, we have a female diamond thief…. no not Catwoman ;-)!
Certainly, a rather rare movie with little over 100 votes on IMDB, a German TV movie from 1998.
But luckily it got a DVD release back then… oddly enough even with an English dub! 🙂

What a moronic choice of the costume department! She is a thief… and there is always a chance she might run into somebody on a heist. So, WHY would she NOT put on a mask and disguise herself? WHY????
Well, I guess some moron (producer? or director?) said something like “We can’t cover up the face of our beautiful actress for that long!”.
She he got that catsuit with a hood… but without a mask. DAMN! So annoying…. and unrealistic²²!
But still, the scene is somehow thrilling as she can get caught and “unmasked”, as the hood is at least some minimalistic “mask”.
Plus…. she looks quite stunning in her catsuit.
Sadly she doesn’t run into anybody but the guy is already waiting for her, he discovered a screw she left behind and was suspecting her beforehand.
A nice costume change as she strips off her catsuit and reveals the sexy dress in which he had seen her earlier.
But damn… what a wasted potential! You have a hot female thief in a catsuit and she gets just that crappy hood? And she gets caught like that?
ARRGGGHHH!
She has no secret identity for the whole movie, this is so frustrating….
There are more heist scenes (with the same catsuit) in this and there is also a scene where she is wearing a mask to impersonate an old lady.
I really like this video, and I also hate it! Why? More on that later on…

Ok, where to start?
I watched the episode and the blonde master thief was introduced. The police were never able to prove any of her thefts and she was planning something.
Of course, my fantasy imagined a great heist scene where she would battle some cops who tried to stop and unmask her.
I was really thrilled by the possibilities 🙂
Then she goes on a heist, and puts up a great mask …. and you might imagine how I reacted to the scene that followed 😉
I cursed at my TV as she was running away and unmasked herself for NO reason! DAMN IT! WHY????????
I mean the police already predicted she would show up there and that’s why all the cops were on the scene undercover.
But she is still masked and could escape. WHY does she unmask herself as she is running away?
That makes no sense at all. I mean as long she is masked she is still “safe” as the cops have no proof that she did it.
It would have been so great if Nolan (the guy in the security dude uniform) would wrestle her down and unmask after a fight… but NO, of course not!
It’s a real trope by now that masked women always unmask themselves for no reason.
That drives me crazy! Another wasted opportunity 🙁
I mean she is already wearing a nice catsuit (sort of) and the mask in combination with the cap is a great disguise… but they screw it up.
Also, it is quite odd that she is on a heist and is wearing these ankle boots with heels but… ok, not as crazy/unrealistic as a Catwoman with stiletto heels (TDKR)….even she was insanely sexy.
The second masked woman is just a little bonus as she is just a nameless henchwoman.
In my imagination, she would have also prevented the unmasking at a nightly heist (without a crew) and would then re-appear in later episodes 😉
Well, I don’t write these scripts…. hopefully, there will be more masked women in the show.
