Masks off! #16 – Catwoman arrested and unmasked by the Police! (Hall of Fame unmasking)

Today I wanna show you one of my favorite unmaskings! With all the 8 important pictures. The setting: Catwoman is chased by the police, they try everything to stop her and arrest her once and for all! And I guess that’s Catwoman darkest nightmare….getting unmasked and arrested!  I guess some of you folks know the scene already, but here it is in all its glory:

In my opinion a great unmasking! Only the “drawing-style” could have been better….The earlier catwoman comic by Jim Balent were better drawn and her costume was sexier/better.

The mask is not so great in my eyes but at least it’s one of the bigger eye masks, which hides something 😉

This time I wanna introduce someone new to the “Masks off!” series: Manhunter! (Off course I mean the female version).

Manhunter is arrested and about to be interrogated. And the FBI guys wanna know who she really is behind her mask….

EPIC Batgirl Cover!

Hey folks, in a few seconds you will see the best (unmasking related) comic cover of humankind. I saw it on Tuesday after work, and my mouth was open for several minutes….

What did I see? Let’s start at the beginning, first there was this cover:

…the brilliant and promising cover for Batgirl Issue 23 that was released last month. After the brilliant cover the comic itself presented nothing great, only the hope for some Batgirl unmasking action in the near future stayed strong.

And now, just 2 days ago the cover art for Batgirl 26 was released….and oh MY GOD!  Like I said…I starred at the image on the screen before me and I was….thrilled….and so happy².

Ok, I guess you wanna see what I saw….here it is…the cover for Batgirl 26:

….how much better can it get? Not much…. 🙂 🙂 🙂 . Very close to perfection!

After the police hunted her for the last issues… Batgirl forced to unmask before her very own father?

The art itself is fucking amazing if you ask me. Batgirl pulling violently on her own mask….streching it…..revealing the face of Barbara Gordon! The look on her face…priceless!

Her biggest secret. And her father doesn’t know about it, it would be so devastating for her…

Now the bad part of the story…the comic will be released on December 11th! ARGGGGGG! NOOOO! Three month to wait…Damn, I have to calm myself. Siggi, be patient!
