Well, in this clip we have a group incl. 4 well-trained women that have the task to run up a hill as fast as possible. And to raise the difficulty level they have to wear gas masks!

Yeah, that’s something special and really rare! 😉
Of course it would be even better with english audio, but the images speak for themselves…

In this show norwegian athletes from different “categories” compete against each other.

I guess the gas masks are kind of part of the training. I’ve only recently learned that athletes use some kind of breathing masks to reduce the oxygen intake so they have to adapt to the environment. It’s mostly for the athletes that run…maybe the swimming athletes do this ‘mask’ type of training as well.
Yeah, and it is a good excuse to put some masks on women 😉
