Well, that ending pretty much explains the whole story.

The woman was in a deadly accident in which a kid was killed.

Now the mother takes revenge and kills her boyfriend, some other folks who were somehow involved, and “motivates” her to commit suicide.

Before that, she chased her for several days.

Sadly, there isn’t much interaction between them. The killer makes sure that she is alone in the wilderness and gets weaker each day.

But the killer mostly keeps her distance, like in the end.

It’s a bit odd that I would think that she would unmask herself in front of the woman before killing her (directly/indirectly).

But ok, still we get a nice unmasking, even if it’s only a self-unmasking.

I do like that mask of the killer. It looks great, and she is perfectly masked with it.

You can’t have a better disguise than that, and in the end, the killer isn’t a real villainess, as her motivation is solid and you sympathize with her… to a certain degree.
