It has basically ALL of the right ingredients to an awesome unmasking… for my taste 🙂

A great buildup with a good fight; I love how often she is in danger of getting unmasked

Real struggle

A good costume and mask

Some good peril as well

A real unmasking struggle; she fights back to keep her mask on

She is conscious and not tied up

The reaction to the unmasking is great… she is shocked, and even more so is her former lover, who thought she was dead.

 

It’s also great how he shouts as the bad guy is about to unmask her. A very interesting point: I mean, he must be deadly curious to see who is behind the mask!

But I guess… he wants to be the guy who unmasks her when he finds out 😉 (without witnesses)

The dramatic slow-motion when the mask comes down is well done, as it emphasizes the shocking unmasking of her, now in episode 6 of the show.

Before that, there were already close calls, but she always managed to keep her secret identity hidden from him.

Also, the way she gets nearly killed right in front of him is a great suspenseful scene. Great that one of her “colleagues” finally shows up…

Too late to stop her unmasking, but on time to save her life.

By the way: I love how the bad guy is enjoying the show before him… well, he had a front-row seat to her unmasking!
